Bishop Dwayne Jeffcoat

Since 2006, Bishop Jeffcoat has served as senior pastor of Tabernacle of Praise Church Columbia in Columbia, South Carolina. In 2013, he was appointed as Overseer of Tabernacle of Praise International Ministries Incorporated. On October 26, 2024, he was consecrated to the sacred office of Bishop as the Presiding Prelate. Bishop Jeffcoat is dedicated to do God’s work. His motto, “Not for show, but for Ministry” stands true to his core spiritual values both inside and outside of the pulpit.
Bishop Jeffcoat is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He is happily married to Lady LaTiesha Jeffcoat and they are blessed with their blended family.

Lady Jeffcoat has significantly contributed to TOPCC alongside her husband and pastor, Bishop Dwayne A. Jeffcoat. A highlight of her accomplishments includes coordinating church fundraising initiatives, community outreach events, implementing administrative organized systems, launching Caterpillars Children’s Ministry for children under age 10, World Changers Tweens & Teens Ministry for children under age 17, and designing TOPCC’s first official website and mobile app during the 2020 global pandemic that has reached many beyond the local Columbia area.
Along with being a web designer, Lady Jeffcoat is an organizational consultant specializing in administrative support and leadership.

Associate Minister
Minister Marquis Workman accepted his calling into ministry and was licensed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ August 2021 under the leadership of Bishop Dwayne Jeffcoat. He is gainfully employed as an SC State employee. Min. Workman is an active Prince Hall Mason and is married the love of his life, Mrs. Asia Workman. Min. Workman enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family and friends.
